Why isn’t my refrigerator
working?
Check that the power is on.
Check the voltage. It may be too low.
Check all connections from battery to refrigerator for
looseness or poor contact.
Check the fuse.
Check that the refrigerator is turned on.
Why isn’t the refrigerator
keeping my items cool?
Too much food may have been put in the refrigerator.
The temperature of the food in the refrigerator may be
too high.
Check that the door is closed properly.
Check the door seal (gasket) for damage.
Check that ventilation around the refrigerator is
adequate.
The environmental temperature may be too high.
The temperature setting may be too high.
Why is my refrigerator so
noisy when it’s running?
Be sure the refrigerator is placed on a flat, level surface
during use.
Check surrounding objects for vibration.
When the compressor starts and the motor moves from
stasis to high speed, the sound will be slightly louder.
After the speed is stable, the sound will decrease, which
is a normal phenomenon.
Why are there water droplets
on the refrigerator body or
door seal?
In humid environments, it is normal for moisture in the air
to liquefy and condense into water droplets when the
water comes into contact with a cooler object.
Why do I hear water flowing
in the refrigerator?
This is normal. It is caused by the flow of refrigerant.
