Instructions (Cont.)
• In heating mode:
– The product runs in the following cycle order:
cold wind / low-gear --- warm wind / high-gear --- warm wind / ECO
function --- medium speed / cold wind --- low-gear / warm wind ... ...
– The wind speed is fixed to middle gear, you cannot adjust it; pressing the
WIND SPEED button is ineffective.
– The timer and oscillation functions can work normally.
– The fan will continue to run for about 10 seconds after switching off.
Sleep function
The appliance has a sleep function, which can be selected in fan only mode.
Depending on the wind speed selected, the appliance will maintain that
wind speed for the first 30 minutes and then reduce it gradually to maintain
comfortable conditions when going to sleep.
• Press the SLEEP function button to activate this function, the
corresponding indicator will illuminate on the display.
– When you are running the fan with LOW wind speed and activate this
function, a low natural wind speed will be maintained during the night.
– When MEDIUM wind speed is selected, the appliance will run with
medium wind speed for 30 minutes before switching to low speed.
– When HIGH wind speed is selected, the appliance will run with high wind
speed for 30 minutes, then with medium speed for 30 minutes and then
switch to low speed.
• Press the SLEEP mode button to turn off the sleep function.
NOTE:
– The sleep function cannot be turned on in heating mode.
– Pressing the HEATING button while the sleep function is selected will
cancel the sleep function.
Switchingo(tostandby)
• Press the POWER/STANDBY button to switch the appliance to standby.
(If the appliance was run in heating mode, the fan will continue running for
approximately 10 seconds before coming to a standstill.)
• If you are not going to use the appliance for a while, do not leave it in
standby mode. Turn it off by setting the ON/OFF switch at the back of the
base to the [ O ] position and unplug it from the power supply.
