Operating Instructions
Using the Heater
Before switching on the heater for the first time, check it again to be sure it is ful-
ly assembled and did not get damaged during wall-mounting or stand assembly.
Connection
Make sure the POWER switch is in the OFF [ O ] position, then plug the
heater into an appropriate power point and switch on power to the outlet.
Always use a separate socket that has no other high wattage appliances
connected at the same time – do not plug it into a power board or socket
adaptor; do not use an extension cord.
Switch on
Once the plug is securely inserted, switch the heater on at the POWER
switch [ I / O ] at the side of the panel. The unit will emit a short beep and
the LED display will show the ambient temperature.
Press the ON/OFF button on the control panel to turn the heater to
standby. The power indicator will light up.
Temperature setting
Use the UP or DOWN buttons to set the desired temperature
(between 5°C and 50°C).
Press the HEATER button to start heating. The heater indicator will light up
and flash until the set temperature has been reached.
The heater will then cycle on and off to maintain the set temperature.
Timer setting
Press the TIMER button to set the off-timer. The timer indicator will come
on and [ -- ] will start flashing on the LED display.
Use the UP or DOWN buttons to set the time, in 1-hour steps, after
which you want the heater to stop heating. The timer range is 0–24 hours.
The timer countdown will start after a few seconds.
Turning off
Press the ON/OFF button to turn off the heater or cancel a setting.
Press the POWER [ I / O ] button at the side to switch off the heater.
When turning your heater on for the first time it is normal for the
heater to emit a ‘new heater’ smell, which will quickly pass.
This is no cause for concern. Ensure good ventilation.
