Thermostat Wiring for DGAM & DGAT Series
Four Wire for Heating & Cooling
Four-conductor wire is required for thermostat connection.
Attach the 4 low voltage wires extending from the control box
as follows:
1. RED wire from Furnace to thermostat terminal RH.
2. WHITE wire from Furnace to thermostat terminal W.
3. GREEN wire from Furnace to thermostat terminal G.
4. YELLOW wire from Furnace to condensing unit contac-
tor.
5. Thermostat terminal Y from Thermostat to condensing
unit contactor
THESE FURNACES ARE A/C READY.
All furnace installations should include a minimum of four conductor
thermostat wiring to accommodate future air conditioning installations.

Two wire heating only thermostats with thermostat switch.
Attach the 2 low voltage wires extending from the control box
as follows:
1. RED wire from Furnace to thermostat terminal R.
2. WHITE wire from Furnace to thermostat terminal W.
Use wire nuts or other suitable connectors to secure wires.
Thermostat Anticipator is factory set at .6 Amps.
