In addition to the soft keys already explained, the message pickup display contains the
following:
EXT# Sends a voice mail message to another user by using the dial pad
(instead of using a station key).
CALL Auto dials a number if caller ID is available. This key only
appears if caller ID is available.
REC Plays any recorded conversations or personal reminders. This key
only appears if you have conversations or personal reminders
saved.
The remaining soft keys in this display are explained
topic 2, in the procedures in which
the keys are used.
Note that the CID# soft key appears only if caller ID is available and that the REPLY
soft key appears only if an in-house message has been received.
