2.Lifttherearoftheunitandsupportusingjack
standsorequivalentsupport.
CAUTION
Raisingtheunitforserviceormaintenance
relyingsolelyonmechanicalorhydraulic
jackscouldbedangerous.Themechanicalor
hydraulicjacksmaynotbeenoughsupport
ormaymalfunctionallowingtheunittofall,
whichcouldcauseinjury.
DoNotrelysolelyonmechanicalorhydraulic
jacksforsupport.Useadequatejackstands
orequivalentsupport.
3.Removeandretainthetwoboltsfromtherear
coverpanel.
4.Removerocksandotherdebrisfromthetines.
5.Inspectthetinesandreplaceasrequired.

1.Disconnectthesparkplugwires.
2.Whileonlevelground,blockthewheelsofthe
machinetopreventunintendedmovement.
3.Disengagetheparkingbrake.
4.Withthemotioncontrolleversintheneutral
positionturnthekeytothestartposition–the
startermustnotcrank.
