ReservoirFluidandFilter
ServiceInterval:Aftertherst100hours
Every500hoursthereafter
1.Stopengine,waitforallmovingpartstostop,and
removekeyorsparkplugwire(s).Engageparking
brake.
2.Carefullycleanareaaroundthefrontofthe
auxiliarypumpandllcap;alsocleanaroundthe
lter.Itisimportantthatnodirtorcontamination
enterhydraulicsystem.
3.Unscrewthesuctionhosefromthepumptting
andallowoiltodrain.
4.Unscrewtheltertoremoveandallowoilto
drain.
Important:Applyathincoatofoilonthe
surfaceoftherubberseal.
Turnlterclockwiseuntilrubbersealcontactsthe
lteradapter,thentightenthelteranadditional
2/3to3/4turn.
5.Reinstallthehoseandtorqueto37ft-lb(50N-m).
6.AddAW-32hydrooiluntilthelevelreachesthe
“coldllline”locatedonthereservoirtank.Start
engineandraiseandlowerthetines.Lowerthe
tinestothegroundandrellthereservoirtothe
“coldllline”.
Note:DoNotchangethehydraulicsystemoil
unlessitisfelttheoilhasbeencontaminatedor
beenextremelyhot.
Changingoilunnecessarilycoulddamage
hydraulicsystembyintroducingcontaminates
intothesystem.

Removelterguards.
3.Carefullycleanareaaroundlters.Itisimportant
thatnodirtorcontaminationenterhydraulic
system.
4.Unscrewlterstoremoveandallowoiltodrain
fromdrivesystem.
Important:Beforereinstallingnewlters,
applyathincoatofExmarkPremiumHydro
Oilonthesurfaceoftheltersrubberseal.
Turntheltersclockwiseuntilrubberseal
contactsthelteradapterthentightenthelter
anadditional3/4to1fullturn.
5.Removetheventplugoneachtransmissionand
llthroughexpansionreservoir,whenoilcomes
outofventreinstallplug.
