BatteryReplacement

Whenthelowbatteryicon(BAT)appearsontheLCD,theCR‐2032lithiumbuttonbatterymust
bereplaced.Thebatterycompartmentislocatedontherearofthemeter.
1. Useacointoturnthebattery compartmentcovercounter‐clockwisetoopen.
2. Notetheposition,orientation,andpolarity
oftheexistingbatteryinstallation.
3. ReplacetheCR‐2032Lithiumbatteryfollowingthesameposition,orientation,and
polarity.
4. Replacethebatterycompartmentcoverandsecureitusingacointoturnitclockwise
Neverdisposeofusedbatteriesorrechargeablebatteriesinhouseholdwaste.
As consumers, users are
legally required to take used batteries to appropriate
collection sites, the retail store where the batteries were purchased, or wherever
batteriesaresold.
Disposal: Do not dispose of this instrument in household waste. The user is
obligatedtotakeend‐of‐lifedevicestoadesignatedcollectionpointforthedisposal

ofelectricalandelectronicequipment.
