Coffee Selection
Coffee starts to loose its aromas immediately after it’s ground. For this reason, if coffee is
made immediately after grinding, more aromatic and avourous results can be obtained.
The coffee chosen for espresso should be freshly ground and roasted in the espresso
setting. This setting is usually specied as Medium Dark Roast and Dark Roast in the
packaging.
WARNING!!
Do not use roasted coffee with sugar and aroma avours; they can clog the lter and
damage the appliance. If you accidentally use one of the sugar-roasted or avored
coffee types stop using the unit and take it to the nearest authorized service centre for
maintenance.
