4. The monitor displays "no cable"
During the connection process, you need to connect the power supply rst, and then connect the Type-C / HDMI data
transmission line. If you connect in the wrong order, the display will show "No cable", you only need to unplug the Type-C /
HDMI data transmission line. Re-insert the port, it can be used normally.
If "No cable" appears on the display during use, it may be that the power supply or data transmission interface is loose.
You need to check whether the port is loose and plugged in, which can restore normal use.

5. During use, the monitor shows "no signal"
It may be caused by the loose HDMI / Type-C data transmission line. just plug in the HDMI / Type-C cable Tightly.

6. When using the split-screen mode, the image size of the laptop screen and the monitor may be inconsistent
You need to adjust the resolution of the laptop screen to be consistent with the resolution of the monitor.
