What to do if my FEDCO Extender has low or no pressure boost?

If your FEDCO Extender has low or no pressure boost, there could be several reasons. First, check the feed pump VFD for the correct speed setting, if equipped, and verify the feed pump power supply frequency (50 or 60 Hz). Also, check the rotational direction of the feed pump motor. Another possible cause is a restriction in the inlet or discharge pipes, so check the feed pump discharge pressure and the position of all auxiliary valves. If these steps don't resolve the issue, the problem may be with HPB internal issues. In this case, refer to the HPB-2800 Overhaul Manual.
