Intended use
The joiner-planer units and the drilling
unit are designed for the processing of
wood and materials with similar cut-
ting properties.
The processing of materials other than
wood requires written authorization
by FELDER.
Only those working techniques
described in Section A01-1.4)
may be used!
Use only FELDER system planer bla-
des:
- 07.1.131 ..............SS (softwood)
- 07.1.231 ..............HSS (hardwood)
- 07.2.231 ..............carbide
For Tersa automatic planer arbor
system

Use only the following drilling tools:
- dowel drills..............ø 4-16 mm
- slotters ....................ø 4-16 mm
- forstner bits ..........ø 15-36 mm
- tenon shapers ........ø 10-25 mm
• Ensure that the safety regulations of
your country have been fulfilled
before using the machine for the first
time.
• All adjustments may only be perfor-
med with the planer arbor statio-
nary.
• The machine may only be operated
with a suitable dust collector.

Utilizzazione
conforme alle norme
La pialla a filo e a spessore, nonché il
cavatrice sono solo adatte alla lavora-
zione di legno e simili materiali trucio-
labili.
Per la lavorazione di materiali diversi
dal legno è necessario un benestare
scritto della Ditta FELDER.
Le applicazioni descritte nel capitolo
A01-1.4) Tecniche di lavoro
sono le uniche che possono essere
eseguite!
Possono solo essere utilizzate le
seguenti lame della pialla FELDER:
- 07.1.131 ..........SS (legno morbido)
- 07.1.231 ..........HSS (legno duro)
- 07.2.231 ..........Metallo duro
Per alberi piallatura automatica
sistema Tersa
- 07.0.015 ..........SS (legno morbido)
- 07.1.015 ..........HSS (legno duro)
- 07.2.015 ..........Metallo duro
Possono essere solo utilizzati i
seguenti punte di cavatura:
- Punte per tasselli ......ø 4-16mm
- Trapano per asole ....ø 4-16mm
- Tassellatore ............ø 15-36mm
- Fresa per tenoni ......ø10-25mm
• Prima della messa in funzione
dovranno essere soddisfatte le
norme di sicurezza vigenti nel paese
di utilizzo.
• Tutte le operazioni di regolazione
possono solo essere eseguite ad
albero piallatrice fermo.
• La macchina può solo essere azio-
nata con un sistema di aspirazione
adatto.

Bestimmungsgemäße
Verwendung
Die Abricht- Dickten, sowie die Boh-
reinheit sind nur zur Bearbeitung von
Holz und ähnlich zerspanbaren Mate-
rialien geeignet.
Zur Bearbeitung anderer Materialien
als Holz bedarf es einer schriftlichen
Einverständniserklärung der Fa.
FELDER.
Es dürfen lediglich die in Abschnitt
A01-1.4) Arbeitstechniken
beschriebenen Verwendungen durch-
geführt werden!
Es dürfen ausschließlich folgende
FELDER- Systemhobelmesser verwen-
det werden:
- 07.1.141 ..............SS (Weichholz)
- 07.1.241 ..............HSS (Hartholz)
- 07.2.241 ..............Hartmetall
Für Automatikhobelwelle System Tersa
- 07.0.014 ..............SS (Weichholz)
- 07.1.014 ..............HSS (Hartholz)
- 07.2.014 ..............Hartmetall
Es dürfen ausschließlich folgende
Bohrwerkzeuge verwendet werden:
- Dübelbohrer ............ø 4-16mm
- Langlochbohrer ........ø 4-16mm
- Astlochbohrer ........ø 15-36mm
- Zapfenfräser............ø10-25mm
• Vor Inbetriebnahme müssen die in
Ihrem Land geltenden Sicherheitsbe-
stimmungen erfüllt sein.
• Sämtliche Einstellungsarbeiten dür-
fen nur bei stillstehender Hobelwelle
durchgeführt werden.
• Die Maschine darf nur mit einer
geeigneten Absaugung betrieben
werden.
