Sicherheitshinweise
Vergewissern Sie sich vor jeder Inbe-
triebnahme:
• Daß alle notwendigen Schutzvor-
richtungen korrekt angebracht sind.
• Daß alle Klemmschrauben der Keil-
leisten fest angezogen sind.
(Mindestanzugsmoment: 20Nm)
• Daß Sie stets mit scharfen Hobel-
messern arbeiten.
(minimieren der Rückschlaggefahr)
• Daß Hilfsmittel zur Bearbeitung von
kurzen und schmalen Werkstücken
zur Verfügung stehen.
• Daß die Auflageflächen groß genug
sind.
(Tischverlängerungen als Zubehör
erhältlich)
• Daß die einzelnen Rückschlagsiche-
rungen frei beweglich sind und nach
dem Anheben in die Ausgangslage
zurückfallen.

Restrisiken
Wir machen darauf aufmerksam, daß
bei Arbeiten mit der Abricht- Dick-
teneinheit sowie mit der Bohreinheit
folgende Restrisiken trotz Einhaltung
der entsprechenden Schutzmaßnah-
men bestehen bleiben:
• Verletzungsgefahr beim Wechsel
der Hobelmesser.
• Verletzungsgefahr bei Kontakt mit
der rotierenden Hobelwelle.
• Verletzungsgefahr durch wegge-
schleuderte Werkstückteile.
• Verletzungsgefahr durch Rückschlag
des Werkstückes.
• Gehörschädigung durch die Lärm-
belastung.
• Gesundheitsgefährdung durch
Staubbelastung vor allem beim
Bearbeiten von Buchen- und Eichen-
holz.

Safety instructions
Before every use, check:
• that all required guards are pro-
perly installed.
• that all clamping screws of the
blade holders are tight.
(minimum tightening torque: 20
Nm)
• that you are always using sharp
planer blades.
(minimizes the danger of kickback)
• that the necessary equipment is
available for the processing of short
or narrow workpieces.
• that the contact surfaces are large
enough.
(table extensions are optionally
available)
• That the individual kickback guards
can move freely and fall back into
their initial position after being lif-
ted.

Remaining risks
We would like to point out that the fol-
lowing risks remain when working
with the joiner-planer assembly and
the drill unit despite observation of the
appropriate protective measures:
• Danger of injury when changing
blades.
• Danger of injury due to contact with
the rotating planer arbor.
• Danger of injury due to ejected
workpieces.
• Danger of injury due to workpiece
kickback.
• Hearing damage due to high noise
levels.
• Health risks due to dust emission
during work, especially when pro-
cessing beech and oak.

Istruzioni per la sicurezza
Prima di ogni messa in funzione con-
trollare quanto segue:
• Che tutti i dispositivi di protezione
necessari siano correttamente appli-
cati.
• Che tutte le viti di serraggio dei
cunei siano ben tirate.
(Coppia di serraggio minima:
20Nm)
• Che si lavori sempre con lame di
pialla affilate.
(riduzione al minimo del pericolo di
contraccolpo)
• Che siano disponibili degli utensili
ausiliari per la lavorazione di pezzi
corti e stretti.
• Che le superfici di appoggio siano
sufficientemente grandi.
(prolunghe tavola disponibili come
accessorio)
• Che le singole sicurezze anti-con-
traccolpo si possano muovere libe-
ramente e che dopo il sollevamento
ritornino nella posizione di par-
tenza.

Rischi residui
Si informa che, lavorando con la
pialla a filo e a spessore, nonché con
la cavatrice, possono sussistere i
seguenti rischi residui pur rispettando
le corrispondenti misure di protezione:
• Pericolo di lesioni durante il cambio
della lama della pialla.
• Pericolo di lesioni venendo a con-
tatto con l’albero rotante della
pialla.
• Pericolo di lesioni causato da pezzi
scagliati in aria.
• Pericolo di lesioni causate da con-
traccolpi del pezzo.
• Pericolo all’udito a causa del
rumore.
• Pericolo alla salute causati dalla
polvere, soprattutto nella lavora-
zione di legno di faggio e quercia.
