sind an dieser Maschine nicht vorge-
sehen und deshalb auch nicht erlaubt.
- Abrichten der Breitseite eines
Werkstückes
- Fügen der Schmalseite eines Werk-
stückes
- Abfasen der Kanten eines Werk-
stückes
- Abschrägen der Schmalseite eines
Werkstückes
- Dicktenhobeln von maximal 2
Werkstücken gleichzeitig
Option Bohreinheit
- Bohren von Löchern mit oder ohne
Tiefenanschlag
- Astlöcher ausbohren
- Erzeugen von Dübelbohrungen
- Erzeugen von Langlöchern
• Verbotene Arbeitstechniken
Folgenden Arbeitstechniken sind auf
dieser Maschine grundsätzlich verbo-
ten:
- Gleichlaufhobeln
(Hobelwellendrehrichtung entspricht
der Vorschubrichtung)
- Einsetzarbeiten
(Werkstück wird nicht über die
ganze Länge bearbeitet)
- Dicktenhobeln mehrerer Werk-
stücke verschiedener Dicke
- Abrichten von Werkstücken mit
starker Wölbung
- Falzhobeln am Hobelwellenende
Option Bohreinheit
- Verwendung von Schleifkörpern
jeglicher Art
- Jegliche Fräsarbeiten mit reinen
Fräswerkzeugen

Working techniques
• Permitted working techniques
All uses deviating from those descri-
bed below are considered improper
uses and are therefore not permitted.
- Planing the wide side of a work-
piece
- Joining the narrow side of a work-
piece
- Beveling the edges of a workpiece
- Beveling the narrow sides of a
workpiece
- Thickness planing of a maximum of
2 workpieces simultaneously
Optional drilling unit
- Drilling of holes with or without
depth stop
- Drilling out knot holes
- Drilling dowel holes
- Drilling slots
• Prohibited working techniques
The following working techniques are
prohibited on this machine:
- Down-cut planing
(direction of arbor rotation same as
feed direction)
- Insertion cuts
(workpiece is not worked along its
entire length)
- Thickness planing of multiple work-
pieces of different thicknesses
- Surfacing of strongly warped work-
pieces
- Rabbet planing at the end of the
planer arbor
Optional drilling unit
- Use of any kind of grinding tools
- Routing work of all types with rou-
ting tools

Tecniche di lavoro
• Tecniche di lavoro autorizzate
Tutte le utilizzazioni diverse dalle
seguenti tecniche di lavoro non sono
previste su questa macchina e per-
tanto non sono ammesse.
- Piallatura a filo del lato largo di un
pezzo
- Giunzione del lato stretto di un
pezzo
- Smussatura degli angoli di un
pezzo
- Cianfrinatura del lato stretto di un
pezzo
- Piallatura a spessore di massimo 2
pezzi contemporaneamente
Opzione cavatrice
- Esecuzione di fori con o senza bat-
tuta di profondità
- Foratura nodi
- Creazione di fori per tassello
- Creazione di asole
• Tecniche di lavoro proibite
Le seguenti tecniche di lavoro non
devono mai essere effettuate su questa
macchina:
- Piallatura uniforme
(il senso di rotazione dell’albero
pialla corrisponde a quello di
avanzamento)
- Lavori di attacco
(il pezzo non viene lavorato su tutta
la sua lunghezza)
- Piallatura a spessore di più pezzi di
diverso spessore
- Piallatura a filo di pezzi con forte
bombatura
- Piallatura per scanalature su estre-
mità albero pialla
Opzione cavatrice
- Impiego di abrasivi di qualsiasi tipo
- Tutti i lavori di fresatura con frese
semplici
