Montage Formatschiebetisch

Den Schiebetisch durch Abschrauben
der Transportwinkel von der Maschine
nehmen.
Nun müssen die Stahlführungsschie-
nen am Schiebetisch und an der
Grundbahn gründlich gereinigt wer-
den.
Achtung!
Zur mühelosen Montage des Schiebe-
tisches sind 2-3 Helfer notwendig.
• Arretierhebel
H abnehmen.

(Entfernen der Schrauben
S1 und
Gegenhalten der Muttern

• Walzenkäfige
W im Käfigblech B
einhängen.
Achtung!
Die Anzahl der Walzenkäfige und die
Länge der Käfigbleche sind je nach
Schiebetischvariante verschieden.
• Es ist darauf zu achten, daß die
Abstreifer
A fest auf den Walzenkä-
figen
W sitzen und die Stahlrol-
lenanzahl komplett ist.

• Käfigblech
B mit den Walzenkäfi-
gen
W bis zur Hälfte auf die
Führungen der Grundbahn auffä-
deln.
Siehe Abb. 06
• Schiebetisch
S über die Walzenkäfi-
ge fädeln und einige cm über die
Führungen der Grundbahn schie-
ben.
• Schiebetisch weiter auf die Grund-
bahn
G schieben und darauf ach-
ten, daß die folgenden Walzenkäfi-
ge sauber zwischen Grundbahn und
Schiebetisch eingefädelt werden.

Remove the sliding table from the
machine by unscrewing the transport
brackets.
The steel guide rails on the sliding
table and bed track must now be clea-
ned thoroughly.
Attention!
Two to three helpers are required to
mount the sliding table with ease.
• Remove locking lever

• Remove stop blocks

Attention!
The number of roller cages and length
of the cage sheets varies according to
the sliding table version.
• Ensure that the cleaners
A are firmly
seated on the roller cages
W and
that the correct number of steel rol-
lers are present.

• Thread the cage sheet
B with the rol-
ler cages
W halfway onto the guides
of the bed track.
See fig. 06
• Thread the sliding table
S over the
roller cages and slide several cm
over the guides of the bed track.
• Push the sliding table further onto
the bed track
G and ensure that the
following roller cages are cleanly
inserted between bed track and sli-
ding table.

Togliere la tavola scorrevole dalla
macchina svitando l’angolare di tras-
porto.
Ora le guide in acciaio della tavola
scorrevole e del supporto inferiore
devono essere pulite a fondo.
Attenzione!
Per montare la tavola scorrevole
senza problemi sono necessarie 2-3
persone.
• Estrarre la leva di bloccaggio

• Rimuovere le ganasce dell’arresto
fine corsa
E (togliere le viti S1 e
trattenere i dadi

• Agganciare la gabbia portarulli

nella lamiera della gabbia B.
Attenzione!
Il numero di gabbie portarulli e la
lunghezza della lamiera sono diversi
a seconda della variante di tavola
scorrevole.
• Controllare che gli spogliatori

siano bloccati sulle gabbie portarulli
W e che il numero di rulli in acciaio
sia completo.

• Infilare la lamiera della gabbia

le gabbie portarulli
W fino a metà
delle guide del supporto inferiore.

• Infilare la tavola scorrevole
S sulle
gabbie portarulli e spostarla di alcuni
cm sulle guide del supporto inferiore.
• Spostare ancora la tavola scorrevole
sul supporto inferiore
G e fare atten-
zione che le gabbie portarulli
seguenti vengano infilate bene tra il
supporto inferiore e la tavola scorre-
vole.
