Operating Instructions
Two tail cap switches include the large button (power switch) and the small button (mode switch).
Press the power switch lightly to momentarily activate the flashlight. Press the power switch
completely to turn on the flashlight and lock it. Another press will unlock and turn it off.
With the flashlight on,
A single press on the mode switch allows switching between TurboLowMidHigh
brightness levels;
To enter into Strobe mode, simply press and hold the mode switch for about one second.
To enter into SOS mode, press and hold the mode switch for about three seconds.
To return to the non-flashing mode when in Strobe or SOS mode, press the mode switch once.
While in the general mode, LD41 memorizes the brightness level. When turned off and then on
again, the flashlight automatically enters the general mode.
Overheating protection: LD41 will accumulate a great deal of heat when working in the turbo
brightness level for a long time. To avoid overheating the flashlight, LD41 will downshift from
TURBO to HIGH after thirty minutes of use. If TURBO is needed for extended periods, simply
reset it, recognizing heat build-up is probable.
