      If your FINTIE Keyboard is unresponsive, try the following: Restart your device. Turn your keyboard off and then back on. Forget the keyboard and re-pair it. If the keyboard still doesn’t establish or maintain a Bluetooth connection, try resetting the Bluetooth module by charging your keyboard. After charging, if your keyboard doesn’t operate correctly, please contact your authorized retailer.
