STEP 5 – Useful Menu Options
How to Access the Event Log
From MAIN page of the User Interface:
1. Press 1 -ANALYZE, then select option 8 –LOG.
Alternately:
2. Press 3 - View LOG.
3. Use the alphanumeric keypad to select the visual-
ization of the filters:
Option 1: Alarm events only
Option 2: Pre Alarm events only
Option 3: Warning events only
Option 4: Test events only
Option 5: Fault events only
Option 6: Restore events only
Option 7: Generic events only.
The selection allows you to observe only a certain
type of event, for example after a Walk Test, the
events of testing.
4. Press the RIGHT and LEFT cursor keys to scroll
the data blocks to view.
5. Press the UP and DOWN cursor keys to scroll
through the events.
Loop Check Screen
From MAIN page of the User Interface:
1. Press 1 -ANALYZE.
2. Select the option: 1, LOOP.
3. Press the UP and DOWN cursor keys to select the
Loop to view. The panel will check both sides of the
loop before displaying how points are configured.
4. Press the ESC key to step back to MAIN page.
How to View the Device Status
From MAIN page of the User Interface:
1. Press 1 - ANALYZE.
2. Select the option: 2, DEVICE.
3. Press the RIGHT and LEFT cursor keys to scroll
the Loop to view then press ENTER key to select
the Loop.
4. Press ENTER key to view all the devices.
5. Press the RIGHT cursor key to select the next de-
vice and LEFT cursor key to select the previous
device.
6. Press the ESC key to step back to MAIN page.
How to Disable Points
From the MAIN page of the User Interface:
1. Press 2 - DISABLE.
2. The panel will prompt the User password, the de-
fault User PIN is 11111: every digit will be hidden
by an asterisk (*) symbol.
3. Press the ENTER key.
4. Press option 2 - DEVICE.
5. Press the RIGHT and LEFT cursor keys to scroll
through the device loop to disable a device, then
press the ENTER key.
6. Press the RIGHT cursor key to select the next
available device and the LEFT cursor key to se-
lect the previously available device then press the
ENTER key to accept the selected device.
7. Press the ENTER key to accept the request to
Disable or press the ESC key to exit from the pro-
cedure.
How to Disable Sounders
From MAIN page of the User Interface:
1. Press option 2 - DISABLE.
2. The panel will prompt you for the User pass-
word, the default User PIN is 11111: every digit
will be hidden by an asterisk (*) symbol.
3. Press the ENTER key.
4. Press option 4 - OUTPUT.
5. Press the UP and DOWN cursors keys to scroll
through the type of Output to Disable or enter the
SC number (sounder) and then press the ENTER
key.
6. If the sounder is disabled, the panel will prompt
you to enable it or vice versa, then press the
ENTER key to confirm.
