3. Refit the top grill.
Remove the granite ashlip from the fascia box
and fit below the door opening using the two
locator screws at the bottom of the firebox
(Screws for granite ashlip (5) see illustration
2).
These two screws protrude by 5mm to enable
the ashlip to be lifted up and over the

4. Fit the air control knob (6).
Fit the bottom grill.
Finally fit the door. Locate the hinges correctly
by angling the door at approximately 45
degrees.

Bottom grill
1. Remove all items from packaging and separate by
releasing the bottom grill screws
Remove door. Then remove the two 50mm screws
(1) located one on each side of the door opening.
Remove the top grill from the Forte fascia.

2. Position the Forte fascia against the canopy
Position the infills (2) on each side of the door
opening taking care to position the air control
rod through the ‘boss’ on the right side of the
door.
Replace the 50mm screws (3) in the outer clips
of the fire box securing the fascia and the infills
Secure the top of the fascia with the three
15mm self tapping screws (4) (provided in the
fascia pack)
