Maintenance
Maintenance Screen
Users can click on the [Settings] button and then [Maintain] to help them with printer
maintenance.
Extruder Maintenance
Note: When operating the extruder, power supply must be disconnected.
Nozzle Replacement
The replacement method can be viewed by clicking on the [How to change the
extruder?] question on the maintenance screen. Please follow the steps mentioned on
the screen.
Clogged Nozzle Cleaning
The cleaning method can be viewed by clicking on the [Clean the clogged nozzle]
question on the maintenance screen. Please follow the steps mentioned on the screen.
Platform Replacement
Note: After the glass platform and flexible steel plate platform are exchanged, the
extruder height must be calibrated.
Glass Platform Replacement
The replacement method can be viewed by clicking on the [How to install a glass
platform?] question on the maintenance screen. Please follow the steps mentioned on
the screen.
Note: Screws may become stripped after long-time use. If so, the spare screw holes on
both sides can be used.
Flexible Steel Plate Platform Replacement
The replacement method can be viewed by clicking on the [How to replace the flexible
steel plate platform?] question on the maintenance screen. Please follow the steps
mentioned on the screen.
Note: When using the flexible steel plate platform, please remove the front hand screw
bolt.
