SETTING UP YOUR BREWER
INSTALLING THE WATER FILTER
YourBreweristtedwithaWaterFiltertoensurethewaterusedinbrewingyourbeveragesis
of optimal quality. To maintain the quality of beverages brewed, while protecting and extending
thelifeofyourBrewer,youwillneedtoreplacethislterperiodically.Thefrequencyof
replacement depends on the number of drinks brewed.
Note: AtthetopoftheWaterFilter
cartridge there is a rotating ‘date cap’
which may be set to serve as
a reminder of the anticipated
replacement date.
Step 1:RemovetheCold
Tank Lid.
Step 2:
InserttheWaterFilterandrotateitclockwisetoengage
withthebayonettting.ReplaceColdTankLid.

REPLACEMENT
FILLING WITH WATER
WhentheBrewerrequiresrellingwithwater,alltheindicatorlightswillashquickly.
TheColdTankcanbelledwithajugordetachedfromtheBrewerandlleddirectlyfroma
faucet.
Carefullyllthereservoirwithdrinkingwater(nohigherthanthe“MAX”level)
During operation the water level may be monitored via the water level indicators on either side of
the Cold Tank
