Operation Guide
·Press the UP button or DOWN button to lift or lower the height of desk surface. The LED display
shows the real time value. The range of the height value: 28" - 47.6".
·Saving A Height Position
a. Press the UP button or DOWN button to lift or lower the height of desk surface. For instance, you
adjust the height to 29.5".
b. Press "M" SAVE button and the LED display shows" ", then press "1" to save the 1st height position
to 75 cm. The LED display shows " ".
c. Repeat step a and step b to save the 2nd height position to 39". The LED display shows " ". Save
the 3rd height position to 47". The LED display shows " ".
d. Press "1", "2","3", to automatically reach the height saved before.
·Long-Time Sitting Reminder
a. Press REMINDER button "A" to activate the function. The LED display shows " "
b. Two seconds later, press the " " or "" button to adjust the reminder time only when the display
screen flashes. Then press any button to save the time setup, or wait 5 seconds and system will save
the time setup automatically. After time setting is finished, the system will automatically enter the
countdown, during the countdown, any operation will lead to a repeat starting of the timer. When the
countdown finishes, the buzzer will be active with a 10-second "DiDi...DiDi...DiDi..." tone.
c. Within the 10-second reminder buzz, press any button to reactivate the time countdown that is set up
in (b) step. If no operation during the 10-second reminder buzz, there will be another reminder buzz
after 5 minutes. No operation during the second buzz will turn off the Long-Time Sitting Reminder.
d. Press and hold the "A" button for three seconds to turn off the Long-Time Sitting Reminder. The LED
display shows " ".
·Reset function and Troubleshooting
a. Reset function definition：When LED display shows " ", press and hold the " " button until the
desk reaches its lowest height and rebound to stop and display shows the lowest height, reset process
finished.
b. When exception code occurred E01 or E02, please retry 18 mins later.
c. If the " " button doesn't work, please check the cable connection and then cut off the power for at
least 10 seconds. Reconnect to the power and press " " button and LED display shows " ", then
start the reset process by pressing " " button.
After you try all those ways without resolving it, please contact the customer service.

Function Description

The FlexiSpot keypad serves as the primary interface for users to control the height of their adjustable desk. It allows for precise adjustments, saving preferred height positions, and includes a reminder function to encourage regular movement. The keypad features dedicated buttons for upward and downward movement, three programmable memory positions, a save button, and a reminder activation button. An integrated LED display provides real-time feedback on the desk's height and operational status.

Usage Features

Height Adjustment: The core function of the keypad is to adjust the desk's height. Users can press either the "UP" or "DOWN" button to continuously raise or lower the desk surface. The LED display will show the current height in real-time, allowing for precise control. The desk operates within a specified height range, ensuring it can accommodate various user preferences and ergonomic requirements.

Saving Height Positions: The keypad offers the convenience of saving up to three preferred height positions. This feature is particularly useful for users who frequently switch between sitting and standing, or for multiple users sharing the same desk. To save a position:

1. Adjust the desk to the desired height using the "UP" or "DOWN" buttons. For example, if a user prefers a height of 29.5 inches.
2. Press the "M" (SAVE) button. The LED display will momentarily show "S-", indicating it's ready to save.
3. Immediately press one of the numbered position buttons ("1", "2", or "3") to assign the current height to that memory slot. For instance, pressing "1" will save the height to the first position, and the display will confirm with "S-1". This process can be repeated for the other two memory positions (e.g., saving 39 inches to "S-2" and 47 inches to "S-3"). Once saved, users can simply press "1", "2", or "3" to automatically move the desk to the corresponding pre-set height, eliminating the need for manual adjustment each time.

Long-Time Sitting Reminder: To promote healthier work habits and reduce prolonged sitting, the keypad includes a "Long-Time Sitting Reminder" function.

1. To activate this feature, press the "A" (REMINDER) button. The LED display will show "00".
2. After a brief pause (two seconds), the display will flash, indicating that the reminder time can be adjusted. Users can then press the "UP" or "DOWN" buttons to set their desired reminder interval.
3. To save the set time, either press any button or wait for 5 seconds, after which the system will automatically save the setting. Once the time is set, the system enters a countdown mode. Any operation of the desk during the countdown will restart the timer, ensuring that the reminder is relevant to the user's active work period. When the countdown finishes, the desk will emit a distinctive 10-second "DiDi...DiDi...DiDi..." tone to alert the user. If the user takes action (e.g., adjusts the desk) within this 10-second buzz, the countdown will reactivate for the previously set interval. However, if no action is taken during the initial 10-second buzz, a second reminder buzz will occur after 5 minutes. If there is still no operation during this second buzz, the "Long-Time Sitting Reminder" function will automatically turn off. To manually deactivate the reminder at any time, press and hold the "A" button for three seconds. The LED display will then show "OFF", confirming the function is disabled.

Reset Function: The desk system includes a reset function, primarily used for calibration or troubleshooting.

1. When the LED display shows "RST", press and hold the "DOWN" button.
2. The desk will then move to its lowest possible height, rebound slightly, and stop.
3. The LED display will show the lowest height value, indicating that the reset process is complete and the desk has been recalibrated.

Maintenance Features

• No action when pressing "up" or "down" button:

  1. Check all cable connections to ensure they are secure.

• Speed of lifting is slow:

  1. Verify if the desk's load exceeds 154 lbs. Excessive weight can reduce lifting speed.
  2. If the load is within limits, contact the distributor or manufacturer.

• Motor does not work properly:

• Can lift but cannot lower down:

  1. Initiate the reset process as described above.
  2. If the problem continues, contact the distributor or manufacturer.

• Worksurface downward sliding:

  1. Check if the desk's load exceeds 154 lbs. Overloading can cause the desk to slide down.
  2. If the load is appropriate, contact the distributor or manufacturer.

• Automatically reset a lot:

  1. Check if the desk's load exceeds 154 lbs.
  2. If the load is not the issue, contact the distributor or manufacturer.

• Overworked beyond duty cycle (Max 2 min on/18 min off):

  1. If the desk has been operated continuously for an extended period, keep the power on but stop working for 18 minutes to allow the motor to cool down and reset its duty cycle.
  2. If the issue persists after the cool-down period, contact the distributor or manufacturer.

• The distance lifted or lowered is not accurate:

  1. To restore factory settings, press and hold both the "M" and "3" buttons simultaneously for three seconds. The desk will emit two "BEEP" sounds, confirming the reset.
  2. If accuracy issues remain, contact the distributor or manufacturer.

• Desktop is uneven after installation:

  1. Ensure that the parts of the transmission rod rotate less than 1/3 of a circle. This indicates proper alignment and installation.
  2. If the desktop remains uneven, contact the distributor or manufacturer.

Error Code Handling: The manual also addresses specific error codes:

• E01 or E02 exception code: If these codes appear on the LED display, users are advised to retry the operation after 18 minutes. This suggests a temporary system fault or overload that may resolve itself.

Cable Connection and Power Cycle: If the "DOWN" button is unresponsive, users should:
