  If your Flexlock Locks storage won't open even after the confirmation signal, it might be due to something stuck between the lock and the lock plate. Try pushing the door forcibly inwards as you present the user card. Alternatively, the lock plate could be dislocated. In this case, lift the front or drawer upwards or push downwards while simultaneously pulling outwards.

  If your Flexlock Locks storage won't lock despite a confirmation signal, the contents inside might be too heavy. Try reducing the load inside the storage.
