      If your Flexlock Locks storage won't open even after the confirmation signal, it might be due to something stuck between the lock and the lock plate. Try pushing the door forcibly inwards as you present the user card. Alternatively, the lock plate could be dislocated. In this case, lift the front or drawer upwards or push downwards while simultaneously pulling outwards.

      If you're not getting a confirmation signal when presenting the user card at startup for your Flexlock Locks, first, check that the battery is installed correctly, ensuring the poles are oriented the right way. Also, check for and remove any battery insulator tab. Finally, make sure the door thickness is max 25 mm and that the material is non-conductive.
