.Maintenance
1.When your machine is running with noise and vibration, you need to clean up the slide rod and drop
a little oil until the slide rod can slide smoothly. If the sound is stable and the vibration is
regular,you can ignore it.
2.The filament is not easy to plastify again after high temperature decomposition and cooling. So we
recommend that at the end of print, you should use a small wire to clean the nozzle. This is a basic
maintenance to the 3D printer.
3.The 3D printer do not need maintenance usually. But once you start using it,it needs to run for a
long time, So, some of the key parts will slowly have some wear, at this time you can adjust and replace
some of the key parts.
4.Belt tightness: If the belt is naturally sagging, it is clear that the belt is too loose.Generally
speaking, the belt need to reduce the slack as much as possible, but also not too tight, not too much
pressure on the motor shaft and pulley. After the belt is settled, you should check whether there
is too much resistance to the wheel. When you pull the belt,if the belt is to make a sound it means
that the belt is too tight
