ABOUT THIS SYSTEM
Intended Use
The FORA D10 system is a 2 in 1 system designed to measure
blood glucose outside of human body and to measure blood pres-
sure non-invasively. It is intended for use in the home and in clinical
settings. It shall not be used for the diagnosis of diabetes and hyper-
tension, or for the testing of newborns.
The talking functions on the meter is not intended for use by visually
impaired users.
AST of this system can be used only during steady-state blood glu-
cose conditions as described in the section of “Alternative Site Test-
ing (AST)".
