Attach the barbell bar(27#) through the hole of the moving frame (17#) , hollow tube(30#),and moving
frame(17#),Tighten the 2pcs M10*16 Allen bolt （64#）separately.
Attach the 2pcs olympic sleeves(102#) to the both end of the barbell separately and tighten the M6*10
sunk bolt with the 4# Allen bolt wrench separately.
