Measure the voltage between BJB Fuse 8 (25A) input side and ground.
 Is the voltage greater than 10 volts?
Yes
REINSTALL BJB Fuse 8. GO to C12 .
No
REPAIR the BJB. REPEAT the FEM self-test, CLEAR the DTCs.
C12 CHECK THE REAR WIPER RELAY FOR CORRECT OPERATION
Rear Wiper Relay
Check the rear wiper relay for correct operation. Refer to Wiring Diagram Cell 149.
 Is the rear wiper relay OK?
Yes
GO to C13.
No
INSTALL a new rear wiper relay. REPEAT the FEM self-test, CLEAR the DTCs.
C13 CHECK CIRCUIT 406 (BN/WH) FOR OPEN
Measure the voltage between rear wiper relay Pin 5, Circuit 406 (BN/WH), harness side and ground.
 Is the voltage greater than 10 volts?
Yes
GO to C14.
No
REPAIR Circuit 406 (BN/WH). REPEAT the FEM self-test, CLEAR the DTCs.
C14 CHECK CIRCUIT 406 (BN/WH) FOR OPEN
Rear Wiper Motor C904
Measure the voltage between rear wiper motor C904 Pin 1, Circuit 406 (BN/WH), harness side and ground.
 Is the voltage greater than 10 volts?
Yes
GO to C15.
No
