  There are several reasons why the FPT Engine might fail to start. It could be due to a discharged or damaged battery. In this case, check the battery and recharge it, replacing it if necessary. Another cause might be corroded or loose battery terminal connections; clean, check, and tighten the battery terminal screw nuts, replacing them if excessively corroded. Other potential causes include insufficient fuel reserve (simply refuel), a defective starter (repair or replace the starter), or incorrect timing of the ignition pump (check the ignition pump timing).

  If your FPT Engine won't start, several issues could be the cause. Start by checking the battery and recharging it, or replacing it if it's damaged. Ensure the battery terminal connections are clean and tight; clean and tighten them, replacing if corroded. Also, make sure you have enough fuel and that the ignition pump timing is correct. If there are deposits or water in the fuel tank, disconnect the pipes and clean them with compressed air, disassemble the ignition pump and clean it, and eliminate any water from the fuel tank and refuel.

  If your FPT Engine refuses to start, begin by checking the fuel level and refuel if necessary. Air bubbles in the fuel or ignition pump could also be the culprit; inspect the pipes to find the source of air, and eliminate any air from the ignition pump by losing the specially provided cap and manually operating the supply pump. Additionally, verify the condition of the battery and its connections. Recharge or replace the battery if it is discharged or damaged, and clean and tighten any corroded or loose battery terminal connections.
