5) When assembling the hydraulic motor and upper seal ring housing in pump
cover, the two Framo seal elements must be in position as shown in
fig. 17 A. When the hydraulic motor flange has entered the pump cover the seal rings must
be in position as shown in fig. 17 B.
This to avoid damage of the seal ring.
6) Install the drive ring for the ceramic sleeve. Be sure that it corresponds
with grooves in ceramic sleeve. See fig. 12.
7) Assemble the volute casing with impeller and wear rings.
Impeller to be moved until it enters shaft spline. (Fig. 12).

8) Remove old Loctite from threads on impellerbolt and in shaft. Next, use Loctite 7063 (spray)
on the same threads. Let it dry (1-2 minutes), then add Loctite 222 on threads. Tighten with
torque 80 Nm.
