INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
FUNCTION SWITCH

A. Fan motor speed.
B. Light switch.
It is a good idea to turn on the fan before
starting to cook, as this prevents odours
from spreading into the room. Adjust the
speed of the fan depending on the type of
food you are preparing. Preferably allow the
fan to run on low speed for a while after
cooking. If needed, also use the fan's low
speed when the oven is in use, or after us-
ing the dishwasher.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Attention!
In order to ensure operation, quality and
safety after servicing and maintenance,
use only original parts.
Cleaning
The cooker hood should be cleaned with a
damp cloth and washing-up liquid. The filter
must be cleaned approximately twice a
month, with normal usage. Both the filter
and the impeller can be removed from the
cooker hood when cleaning.
Fig. 7
Remove the filter cassette by pressing in
the clips at the front edge. Take the filter
apart and remove the filter gauze by taking
off the filter holder, Fig. 7. Soak the filter
gauze and the filter tray in a solution of
warm water and washing-up liquid. The filt-
er cassette (with filter) can also be washed
in the dishwasher.
Fig. 8
The interior of the cooker hood should be
cleaned at least twice a year. Remove the
suction ring, then pull the impeller off the
motor, Fig. 8. Wipe the interior with a damp
cloth and washing-up liquid. The impeller
and suction ring can be washed in a dis-
hwasher or soaked in washing-up liquid.
The impeller and suction ring can be pres-
sed back into place after cleaning. Refit the
filter cassette and press it upwards so that
it clicks into place.
