  The red 'RESET LANE' light might be flashing on your Franke Dispenser because the fill cycle timed out before the proper weight was achieved, frozen fries in the hopper have formed a 'bridge' over the drum, or the hopper is empty. To resolve this, you can press the 'RESET LANE' button to restart the drum, shake the hopper to redistribute the fries, or fill the hopper with fries and then press the 'RESET LANE' button.

  The Dispenser drum will not rotate if the load chute is full. Also, if the hopper is empty and the 'LOW PRODUCT' and 'RESET LANE' lights are flashing, the drum will not rotate. Fill the hopper with fries and push the 'RESET LANE' button to start the drum rotation. Fries may have also formed a 'bridge' condition; shake the hopper to redistribute the fries to break up the bridge.

  Consistently light or heavy basket loads can be caused by the orange silicone baffle not being installed in the hopper. Remove product from hopper and install the baffle into the hopper slot. Another cause could be product that has fallen into the bottom area around the chute; remove product from the chute area to allow free movement of the chute.
