3 Loading the Freezer
The High Capacity Wall Freezer is designed to
provide more cubic feet of compartment storage
space, with two shelves for boxed product,
including:
Upper and middle wire shelfs that are
adjustable for different box or case heights
A raised wire-form bottom shelf designed
to ensure good air circulation in the freezer
compartment (Fig 14).
Important Product Loading Tips:
DO NOT over-load the High Capacity
Wall Freezer. Like all freezers, it
requires good air circulation to maintain
uniform frozen product temperatures.
DO NOT let inner plastic bags
block or obstruct the Evaporator air
intake openings inside the freezer
compartment.
DO make sure all cartons are pushed
back fully into the compartment and that
the front door closes and seals (Fig. 15).
NOTE: The recommended maximum
HOLD time for all products is 24 hours.
