    • Q
      qrussellAug 2, 2025
To resolve power issues with your Freemotion Treadmill, first, ensure the power cord is properly connected to a surge suppressor and the suppressor is plugged into a grounded outlet. Then, verify that the key is correctly inserted into the console. Also, check the power switch located on the treadmill frame near the power cord. If the switch is tripped (protrudes), wait five minutes before pressing it back in to reset.

      Scott RochaAug 13, 2025
If the walking belt on your Freemotion Treadmill slows down when you walk on it, try loosening the belt if it's too tight. Use a hex key to turn both idler roller screws counterclockwise by 1/4 of a turn. If that doesn't solve the issue, consult the back cover of the manual for lubrication instructions or further assistance.
