Why my Frigomat G20 does not start?
    • A
      Amy PopeAug 2, 2025
If your Frigomat Freezer isn't starting, even with the green LED on, there are several potential causes. First, ensure the master switch is closed. Next, check that the lid is properly lowered and assembled, or that the door is assembled on the machine. Verify that the power supply is correct. Finally, make sure the selector switch isn't set to “0”; it should be in position 1.

Why are Frigomat Freezer batch freezing times longer?
    • C
      Chelsea WolfAug 5, 2025
If you notice that batch freezing times are longer than usual or the ice cream from your Frigomat Freezer appears wet, consider these points: * Ensure there is at least 30 cm of space between the rear of the machine and any wall or obstruction. * Verify the room temperature doesn't exceed 32°C. * Keep in mind that the machine operates best with a liquid mixture temperature of 4°C. Higher temperatures will naturally extend batch freezing times. Check the wear of the scrapers and replace them if needed. Also, confirm that the mixture is balanced correctly and that you're using the correct amount.

What to do if Frigomat G20 compressor functions intermittently?
    • T
      tyler12Aug 10, 2025
If the compressor in your Frigomat Freezer is working on and off during the initial freezing stages, check the following: * For air-cooled models, the air condenser might be dirty or the fan might be defective. Clean the condenser with a brush and ensure the fan is working correctly. * For water-cooled models, ensure there is a sufficient water supply to the system the machine is connected to, and check the cocks.

What to do if Frigomat G20 Freezer does not extract the ice-cream?
    • C
      Chase CurryAug 14, 2025
If your Frigomat Freezer isn't extracting the ice cream, make sure the selector switch is set to position 2. If it is already in position 2, but the beater is turning in the wrong direction, contact a technician to invert the phases in the plug.

    Jennifer AdamsAug 19, 2025
Why is my Frigomat G20 Freezer noisy during batch freezing?
    • J
      Jonathan HayesAug 19, 2025
If your Frigomat Freezer becomes noisy while freezing, it could be due to ice forming on the cylinder wall, indicating the ice cream is ready for extraction. Also, ensure that the quantity of mixture introduced into the cylinder is not lower than the minimum allowed.

How to fix too hard product in Frigomat Freezer?
    • J
      Jennifer VegaAug 27, 2025
