With the VarioCooking Center
®
311, only fill with cold oil up to the "MIN" mark (45 litres). The
oil will automatically reach the "MAX" mark (49 litres) due to the expansion of the oil at the
operating temperature. This complies with the safety regulations and this quantity of oil can
easily be stored and transported in the oil cart.
