Ignition
Wasted spark coils – electrical connections
In this case, ignition output #1 controls cylinder #1 and its twin, ignition output #2 controls cylinder #2 and its twin, etc.
When using dumb coils, an external igniter must be used, such as FuelTech SparkPRO. The FT500/FT500LITE ignition outputs (gray wires)
will be connected to the igniter inputs and the igniter outputs will be connected to the coil.
