6. Close the top cover.
7. Close the front cover until it clicks.
8. Remove any paper in the output tray and return the extension output tray to its original
position if it is extended.
9. Pull out the paper tray from the printer and
remove any paper in the paper tray. Keep
the paper wrapped and away from humidity
and dirt.
10. Push the paper tray completely back into
the printer.
11. Lift the printer and move it gently. If the printer is to be moved over a long distance,
pack it inside a box.
