In manual feed table
Pull the media forward and remove it.

Mis-setting of roll, discharging failure
Open the roll tray and then rewind the roll
paper.
Open the roll tray and open the cover of the
roll paper tray. Remove the jammed paper.
Insert the lead edge of the roll tray under the
roller by turning the roll paper.
When the jammed paper is not cut, operate
the cutter to cut the paper. Remove the
jammed paper that was cut off.
In the area from roll tray to developer area
If the jammed media can be seen
from the front, pull it forward slowly.

In Upper Unit
Lift the upper unit releasing lever to
open the upper unit.
Pull the jammed media forward
slowly, while lifting the lever on the
right-hand side on the rear side of
the machine.
