Why is my Fujitsu Air Conditioner not cooling or heating properly?
    • K
      Kevin RuizJul 29, 2025
Several factors can impact the cooling or heating performance of your Fujitsu Air Conditioner. Check the following: * Ensure the air filter is clean. * Make sure that the intake grille or outlet port are not blocked. * Verify that the room temperature settings are correctly adjusted. * Check if any windows or doors are open. * In cooling mode, close curtains to block direct sunlight. * Reduce heat-generating appliances or the number of people in the room during cooling. * Check if 'OUTDOOR UNIT LOW NOISE' is enabled or if the unit is set to 'SUPER QUIET' operation, as these settings can reduce performance.

How to fix a Fujitsu D’EMPLOI that doesn't operate immediately?
    • C
      calvin70Aug 3, 2025
If your Fujitsu Air Conditioner doesn't start immediately, it could be due to a built-in delay. If the indoor unit was just stopped and restarted, the compressor might not operate for about 3 minutes to prevent fuse issues. Similarly, after turning the electrical breaker off and on, the protection circuit will prevent operation for approximately 3 minutes.

      Steven ReidAug 6, 2025
If your Fujitsu Air Conditioner isn't operating, check these possible causes: * Ensure the circuit breaker is turned on. * Verify there hasn't been a power failure. * Check for blown fuses or tripped circuit breakers. * Make sure the intake grille isn't completely closed. * Confirm the timer isn't operating. * If it's a Multi-type air conditioner, check if it’s set correctly with the wireless remote controller.

Why is the airflow weak or stopping in my Fujitsu Air Conditioner?
    • C
      Chelsea PerkinsAug 11, 2025
Weak or stopped airflow in your Fujitsu Air Conditioner can occur due to several reasons. When heating is first started, the fan speed is temporarily low to allow internal parts to warm up. Also, during heating, if the room temperature exceeds the set temperature, the outdoor unit will stop, and the indoor unit will operate at a very low fan speed. During heating, the unit may temporarily stop (up to 15 minutes) for automatic defrosting. In dry mode, the fan operates at low speed and may stop periodically to adjust humidity. 'SUPER QUIET' operation and 'AUTO' mode can also result in very low fan speeds. For Multi-type units, operation in different modes can cause units started later to stop.

Why is there noise coming from my Fujitsu D’EMPLOI Air Conditioner?
    • B
      Brian FowlerAug 15, 2025
Various noises can be normal for your Fujitsu Air Conditioner. The sound of water flowing in the piping may be heard during or immediately after operation. A noticeable sound of refrigerant flowing might occur for about 2 to 3 minutes after starting. During heating, a sizzling sound may be heard occasionally, which is normal during the automatic defrosting operation.
  • K
    Karen JenningsAug 19, 2025
Why is my Fujitsu Air Conditioner emitting mist or steam?
    • R
      Robert MorrisAug 19, 2025
The emission of mist or steam from your Fujitsu Air Conditioner can be normal. During cooling or dry operation, a thin mist may appear due to the sudden cooling of room air, causing condensation. During heating, steam may rise from the outdoor unit when the fan stops, which is due to automatic defrosting.

Why does my Fujitsu D’EMPLOI smell?
    • M
      Mr. James BensonAug 25, 2025
A smell emitted from your Fujitsu Air Conditioner's indoor unit can be due to room odors (furniture, tobacco, etc.) that have been drawn into the unit.
