Log address: Log number of the log to be read
Sector offset: First log sector subject to the data transfer
Sector count: Number of sectors to be read from the specified log
If the device does not support this command, the device shall return the Command
Aborted error.
If the Log address value, the Sector count value, or the Sector offset value is
invalid, the device shall return the Command Aborted error.
