Troubleshooting
Having this problem? Check the follow ing points:
No current through USB port Ensure that you use the USB-C cab
le
supplied, or an equivalent and c
ertied one.
Your device may trigger the overcurrent
protection on the monitor.
Disconnect the device, check it for defects
then reconnect it.
The lateral USB ports only
deliver current if a
computer is connected to a
USB port designated
as "Upstream".
Connect a computer to a US
B port
designated as "Upstream
"toactivatethe
lateral USB ports.
The lateral USB ports do not support USB power
delivery.
I f your device needs high charge levels of
up to 65 W, connect it to the USB-C port on
the underside of the monitor.
It is not possible to wake up the com puter using
a mouse or keyboard connected to the monitor
and/or
to wake up the computer using an On/Off switch
on the monitor in All-in-One mode
If your computer loses its connection to mouse
/ keyboard while in p ower-saving mode, the
mouse and keyboard are then no longer
detected. This can occur if a different input
signal gets used on the monitor during the
intervening period.
Use the On/Off switch on the comput er to
wake up the computer.
Ensure that the input signal does not
get changed while the computer is in
power-saving mode.
O nly connect one computer to the USB port
designated as "Up stream".
