SAS/SATA RAID controller
The server blade is available with the following SAS/SATA RAID controllers for
operating the internal SAS/SATA hard disk drives or SAS/SATA SSD drives:
– Modular RAID 5/6 controller with "MegaRAID functionality" (SAS
MegaRAID) for SAS1.0, SAS2.0, and SAS3.0.
RAID levels 0, 1, 10, 1E, 5, 50, 6 and 60 are supported for internal hard disk
drive configurations. As an option, a flash backup unit (FBU) can save the
memory content even if the power fails. Cache memory size of 1 Gbyte is
available.

Slots for expansion cards
The server blade supports two optional mezzanine cards. This enables Fibre
Channel connections, Infiniband connections and/or additional Ethernet
connections to be implemented.
The following mezzanine cards are available for the server blade:

– CNA Mezzanine Card 2 x 10 Gbit/s PCIe 2.0 x8 Emulex
– Ethernet Mezzanine Card 2 x 10 Gbit/s PCIe 2.0 x8 Fujitsu
– Fibre Channel Mezzanine Card 2 x 16 Gbit/s PCIe 3.0 x8 Emulex
– Fibre Channel Mezzanine Card 2 x 8 Gbit/s PCIe 2.0 x8 Emulex
– InfiniBand Mezzanine Card 2 x 56 Gbit/s PCIe 3.0 x8 Mellanox
– SAS HBA Mezzanine Card 2 x 6 Gbit/s PCIe 2.0 x8 Fujitsu
– SAS RAID Mezzanine Card 2 x 6 Gbit/s PCIe 2.0 x8 Fujitsu
– SAS Expander Mezzanine card
