M.2 SSD card
The system board supports the M.2 SSD card with the following specifications.
– 2x Flash Devices
– Form factor up to 42 mm length
– Supports Combi Connector
– SATA 6Gbps
– PCIe x2 (optional)
Slots for expansion cards
The CX2550 M4 / CX2560 M4 /CX2570 M4 server nodes have one OCP slot
and can be flexibly expanded with expansion cards as shown below.
Onboard SATA controller
A SATA controller is integrated on the system board; up to two (applicable to
CX2550 M4) or up to six SATA HDDs or SSDs (applicable to CX2560 and
CX2570 M4) can be connected to the controller. The software (SATA Software
RAID) supports RAID levels 0 and 1.

SAS/SATA RAID controller
The server nodes are available with the following SAS/SATA RAID controllers
for operating the internal SAS/SATA HDDs:
– RAID Controller, SAS/SATA 12 Gbit/s, Fujitsu PRAID CP400i, 8 ports int.
RAID level: 0, 1, 1E, 10, 5, no FBU support
– RAID 5/6 Controller, SAS/SATA 12 Gbit/s, Fujitsu PRAID EP580i, 16 ports
int. RAID level: 0, 1, 10, 5, 50, 6, 60, 8 GB, FBU support
