Updating Procedure

Download Update Files

Extract Update Files

Unzip the downloaded firmware files on your computer.

Connect Hardware

Establish physical connections between the PC, receiver, CIU-3/CIU-2, and power source.

Initiate Receiver Update Mode

Turn on receiver power while holding down the Link switch to enter update mode.

Confirm Update Readiness

Release and press the Link switch again after the LED flashes red once.

Enter 'Update Ready' State

Continue holding the Link switch until the LED flashes red and green.

Start PC Software Update

Begin the update process from the PC, ensuring the receiver shows red and green lights.

Wait for Update Completion

Allow approximately 2 minutes for the update process and do not turn off power.

Disconnect Hardware

Turn off the receiver power and disconnect the CIU-3/CIU-2 after the update succeeds.

Verify Functions

Confirm all receiver functions operate correctly after the firmware update.

Error Handling

Restart Update on Error

If an error occurs, restart the entire update process from the beginning.
