Step 1: Solder the RCP flex cable to the N64 motherboard.
Step 2: Connect the flex cable to the N64 motherboard's '5V' relocation mark.
Step 3: Connect the CTRL pad to a VIA for later motherboard revisions to avoid OSD lockout.
Step 4: Mount the HDMI daughter PCB to the bracket using M2 screws and install its 15-pin FFC.
Step 5: Place the bracket in the bottom N64 shell and position the motherboard shielding.
Step 6: Replace the N64 motherboard, install the no-cut A/V shroud, and secure the 64HD main PCB.
Step 7: Insert the flex cables into their corresponding sockets on the N64 and 64HD boards.
Step 8: Double-check flex cables, test the system, and reassemble the console shell.
