5 Press START to start the activity timer.
NOTE: The watch does not record your activity data
until you start the activity timer.
6 After you complete your activity, press START to
stop the activity timer.
7 Select Save to save the activity and review the
activity summary.

Wearing the Watch
CAUTION
Some users may experience skin irritation after
