GE 7 - Storing and Deleting Caller ID Records


Available formats include:
Number of digits Explanation Example
Eleven digits long distance code “1 ” 1-17-888-8888
+-digit area code
+7-digit telephone number.
Ten digits -digit area code + 17-888-8888
7-digit telephone number.
Seven digits 7-digit telephone number. 888-8888

You may also store CID information in the phone’s internal memory.
 


1. Make sure the phone is (not in TALK mode).
. Use the CALLER ID-VOLUME (
6 or 5) button to scroll to the desired CID record.
. Press mute/menu OK button to store the number, the screen displays
SAVED TO
MEMORY.




UNABLE TO STORE

1. Make sure the phone is  (not in TALK mode).
. Use the CALLER ID-VOLUME (
6 or 5) button to display the CID record you want
to delete.
. Press the delete/intercom/conf button. The display shows
DELETE CALL ID?
. Press the delete/intercom/conf button to erase the record showing in the display.
The screen displays DELETED.


