Installation and Maintenance
The unit is
frequently ON/OFF
Power voltage is abnormal.
Heat-sinking capability of condenser
is not good. Neither is ventilation.
Too much refrigerant
Find out the cause and improve
power supply to stabilize the voltage.
Clean the condenser and clear the
blockage in front of air outlet.
Discharge the surplus refrigerant.
The unit operates
but cools
The set temperature is too high.
Refrigerant is inadequate or leaks
Cooling system is blocked.
Fan doesn’t operate or amount of
wind is inadequate.
Toomuch dust on filter
Compressor haslow efficiency.
Too much refrigerant
Relay of compressor doesn’t work
normally.
Turn down the temperature of thermostat.
Performleak test and ifthereis leakage, fix
it. Then supplement refrigerant according
torequirementafter vacuumization.
Check if thesystem is blockedby
observing evaporator and pressure
meter.
Checkif motor of fan is burnt out or if
the wiring is incorrect. If the motoris
burnt out, replace it.
Clean the filter.
Replace thecompressor.
Discharge thesurplus refrigerant.
Replace relay of compressor.
Indoor ambient termperature sensor is
short-cirtuited or open circuited.
Replace temperature sensor or related component.
