Place the meat or fish on a broiler
grid in a broiler pan designed
for broiling (not supplied with
the range).
[] Follow suggested shelf positions in
the Broiling Guide.
If yourrangeisconnectedto208volts,raresteaks
maybebroiledbypreheatingthebroilerand
positioningtheovenshelfonepositionhigher.
Use LOBroil to cook foods such as
poultry or thick cuts of meat thoroughly
without over-browning them.
[_] Touch the BROILHI/tO pad once for
HI Broil.
To change to I,O Broil, touch the
BROILHI/tO pad again.
_-] Touch the START/ONpad.
[] _rhen broiling is finished, touch the
CLEAR/OFFpad.
The size, weight, thickness,
stuffing temperature
and your preference
