Instructions to replace the cable harness:
Follow the instructions given below to replace the cable harness:
1. Remove the pillar rear cover.
2. To replace the switch cable assemblies, disengage connectors and push the switch along
with cable outside the control panel cutout.
3. Replace the old cable with a new one.
4. Guide the cable from the front side of the control panel cut-out.
5. Secure the connectors.
6. To replace the cables of the power inlet refer to 7.1.20 Replacing the Plate Power Inlet.
7. Refer to Replacing the Heater Assembly and Cables for replacing heater cables,
observation lamp cables and the swivel sensor cable.
Instructions to replace the transformer
Follow the instructions given below to replace the transformer:
1. Disengage the transformer input and the transformer output connectors,
2. Remove the transformer screw and washer.
3. Fix the new transformer and secure with a screw and washer.
4. Secure the transformer input to ‘J7’ on the PWA and transformer output connector to ‘J8’
on the PWA.
